I started as a singer. Like so many creatives, I took a “real” job in banking to pay the bills after college. I was shocked to learn that I had a gift of solving problems within the companies I worked for…big problems that when fixed, resulted in millions of dollars of revenue. An unexpected career was born…

I became a corporate event planner as most of my solutions involved an event strategy. Years later, I moved and started my own company because although I was financially successful, I hated the quality of my life (or lack thereof).

I've been so fortunate to have great leaders pour out wisdom to me along my entrepreneurial journey. These people literally changed my life and helped me build businesses that created the life I wanted. After growing multi million dollar companies from my kitchen table with no debt and little turnover in sixteen years, I now consult with CEOs and leaders from around the world, sharing best practices and strategies.
